The Covid-19 pandemic has changed our working patterns for good. We’ve all seen it – people across the globe in all types of businesses, small and large, have been forced to either work from home or adapt necessary on-site processes to accommodate physical distancing. This situation has raised everyone’s awareness of many aspects of inclusion, such as how flexible working can provide opportunities for more inclusion and how we need to be sensitive to the pressures it puts on some colleagues.

In 2020, we took Diversity Days as an opportunity to encourage our employees to reflect on the following question: “What have we learned about inclusion in 2020?” We celebrate the Diversity Days every year to raise awareness of diversity and inclusion, promote the creation of an inclusive environment and to embrace our company’s diversity and our belief that these factors are crucial to driving business success.
